它是一種新型防水塗料，主要由水泥和砂等材料反應生成，具有錨定基團的特點，可與建築物同壽命。該產品能夠解決水泥砂漿施工不同時間所產生的脫落問題，並能夠加固和防水新舊建築物、樓板等基材。此外，它也是混凝土表面處理和保護的良好選擇，能夠防止環氧塗料在混凝土表面脫落，從而提高防水效果。

產品特點 :

C35混凝土在水泡比為1:5的情況下浸泡後，其抗壓強度可提高超過6MPa，防水性能由P6提高至P12以上。
水泡比為1:2的情況下，將水滾塗於混凝土表面，可使混凝土的回彈強度提高超過5MPa。

施工方法 :

針對牆面起砂和混凝土強度不足問題，採用金剛王防水塗料，將其與水按比例1:2混合後滾塗於混凝土表面。
針對樓面起砂和滲水問題，採用金剛王防水塗料，將其與水按比例1:5混合後浸泡。
針對道路、樓面、橋樑等局部修補問題，採用金剛王防水塗料，並與水泥和砂按比例1:0.4-0.8:0-1混合使用。
施工完成後，應在4小時內注意保護，避免淋雨。48小時後，可達到所需性能要求。

此產品的壽命長達10年，且後期維修成本低廉。

301 Waterproof Coating

The product is a new type of waterproof coating, mainly produced by the reaction of cement and sand, with the characteristic of anchoring groups that can last the same lifespan as the building. It can solve the problem of detachment in cement mortar caused by different construction times and reinforce the waterproofing of new and old buildings, floors, and other substrates. Additionally, it is a good choice for surface treatment and protection of concrete, preventing the epoxy coating from peeling off and improving the waterproof effect.

Features:

After soaking in water with a ratio of 1:5, the compressive strength of C35 concrete can be increased by more than 6MPa, and its waterproof performance can be improved from P6 to P12 or above.
When water is rolled onto the surface of concrete with a ratio of 1:2, the rebound strength of the concrete can be increased by more than 5MPa.

Methods Statement:

To address issues of sanding and insufficient concrete strength on walls, we will use King Kong coating mixed with water at a ratio of 1:2 and roll it onto the concrete surface.
For flooring with sanding and water seepage issues, we will use King Kong coating mixed with water at a ratio of 1:5 and soak it.
For localized repairs on roads, floors, bridges, and other areas, we will use King Kong coating mixed with cement and sand at a ratio of 1:0.4-0.8:0-1.
After application, the surface should be protected from rain for at least 4 hours, and the coating should reach the required performance within 48 hours.
